It has been a real privilege to work with Andy over the last few years. I learned a huge amount from him - some of the subtle things about how to supervise students in a supportive and motivational way. He was a really inspiring colleague. Humble but still very driven and dedicated to his science. Above all else it was clear how devoted he was to his family. I'll really miss working with Andy. [Pete H.]
