Andy was truly an inspirational character who inspired and helped his students and colleagues alike. I first met Andy while working for the Breast Cancer Now research team and if ever he is in the lab, he always made sure to come by and talk to us with a big smile. He will surely be missed by everyone who knew him and my thoughts are with his family in this difficult time.
