So sorry to learn about the passing of Andy. Andy and I started or own labs around the same time and interacted many times at various meetings and conferences and through his involvement with Breast Cancer Now. He was always so cheerful and a great source of advice about science and managing a young lab particularly with the struggles of juggling everything with a young family.
